NOTES ON OIL CLEANSING:
It may take a couple of weeks to regulate your skin to oil cleansing. Once it regulates you will experience fewer breakouts and a healthier looking and feeling complexion.
Cleanse once a day, preferably before bed and in the morning just splash warm or cold water on the face and allow your natural oils to self regulate throughout your day. The oil cleansing method provides a very deep clean, you may find every other day works best for your skin. Experiment and see what works best.
