About Wooden Spoon Herbs
Wooden Spoon Herbs is a small-batch southern Appalachian apothecary. Rather than tap into the booming global herb trade, where herbs are imported from countless countries and travel countless miles, our products are thoughtfully made with American-grown herbs. Founded by an herbalist, writer, forager, and gardener born & raised in Tennessee, Wooden Spoon Herbs' focus is using traditional Appalachian plants, both wild and cultivated, in global ways.
We offer our plant medicines in every approachable incarnation - tinctures, salves, creams, sprays, syrups - and strive to bring you high vibrations in every package.
The plants we work with have been either lovingly picked by our own hands, sourced from small family-run medicinal herb farms or grown with the utmost care by local farmers and foragers in our bioregion.
Wooden Spoon Herbs aims to inspire and empower our community to take self-care into their own hands in a very real and connected way. Seasonal medicine, staying close to our roots, and utilizing the bounty of our bioregion are at the forefront of my creations.
