Oh the petals - it's like a maze of petals on petals on petals. the dahlia is one of those late summer bloomers that typically follows the peony in it's growing season. and not to be shown up it's just a petally and beautiful. this one is made in the image of a lavender dahlia that somehow also looks like it has a beautiful sunset inside of it.
