About the Fruit + Origins: With wonderful acidity and sweetness, these Early Girl tomatoes are grown on a Certified Organic Farm on the Central Coast of California. We marry these tomatoes with lemony-floral toasted coriander for a savory chutney-like jam, which we use it at our cafe spread thickly on a perfectly toasted baguette surrounding Bleu Monte Cheddar and wild arugula.
